À l’ère de la fast fashion, la Maison Lorafolk vogue à contre courant avec l’originalité de ces passionnés qui souhaitent remettre au goût du jour un savoir-faire traditionnel. Chaque robe de mariée est réalisée dans l’atelier parisien de la marque, et cousue de bout en bout par la même personne.
Chaque robe de mariée fait l’objet d’un long processus de conception, passant par le minutieux exercice de « la toile » comme autant d’ébauches en tissu sur le modèle des ateliers de Haute Couture. En véritables architectes du vêtement, Laura et Quentin, créateurs de la marque, cherchent constamment l’équilibre parfait entre la fluidité et la structure, dessinant une silhouette toute en légèreté.
Chez Lorafolk, la mariée ne choisit pas entre la gaieté et l’émotion, ne s’embarrasse pas des conventions, elle incarne le blanc librement avec fantaisie et désinvolture. Pour l’accompagner, Laura imagine des robes de mariée qui dansent en dehors des sentiers battus, des robes à la décontraction savamment structurée.
Si les lignes puisent leur inspiration dans le corps libéré des années 30, elles marquent la taille, dessinent la silhouette et se modernisent au contact de dentelles graphiques et de broderies. Esquissant le portrait d’une future mariée libre, qui conjugue sans appréhension féminité et allure baroudeuse, les robes de mariée Lorafolk s’adressent à celles pour qui l’élégance n’est pas affaire de tendance mais d’attitude.
